Grifball Scoop – Can’t Understand Neanderthal Tone (CUNT) GBFL09
Roster Strength – Let’s first just list the roster to get that out of the way. Scet Shin, Zeg, Pie, N1njo, Doerstopper, Mindless Nerd, and their Cheerleader ImShad. My first reaction to just reading their roster was “Holy Crap.” But let’s actually dissect this teams roster and see just how strong it is.
- Scet Shin I believe is a very solid hybrid player, although most of the time I have spent playing with him he has been playing as a tank, I know his ball running is better than average.
- Zeg is said to be and has proven to be one of the greatest tanks in the league.
- Pie………. Well it’s Pie he’s really just Pie. In all seriousness he’s a very solid player.
- N1njo I believe is a great player above average but still nothing amazing that sets him up as being one of the greatest players in the league.
- Doerstopper is another great player a very solid hybrid and a good back up for Scet.
- Mindless Nerd I think has come up as being one of the better tanks in the league and could add some good tanking depth to the roster.
- And lastly ImShad….. well it’s not like he’s playing a game at all.
8 out of 10
Chemistry – Alright so we see the roster individually and it’s a pretty stacked roster, but just how well will these guys play together. I see Pie, Scet, and Zeg having the most chemistry out of everyone. They have all played together at one point in time and know each other’s styles. I see these three when playing in a game together to be leading the game. Mindless and N1njo have also played together on more than one team, and are great friends online. So these two will have great chemistry going into this season. But then we have Doer being the odd man out, but even then I think he will probably mesh better with Mindless and Ninjo. So we have these two teams of three on one team, with what I believe will be the best roster of Scet, Zeg, Ninjo, and Mindless, they have three capable players of switching between running and tanking. With Scet and Zeg having great chemistry in game, alongside Ninjo and Mindless’s chemistry if they can make these two chemistry’s mix they can have a great season. But we have heard that Ninjo and Mindless don’t take most practice or scrimmages very seriously, so for the odd times when Zeg and Scet want to take things seriously I can see this getting on their nerves. Either way I can see most of the players on this team meshing well and a good amount of different rosters coming out of this.
7 out of 10 (Score is represented at this point, could be better if they can get all the players to mesh.)
Overall Ability as a Team – So we talked about a stacked line up and how their chemistry’s could mesh. So how well will this team do this season? I really think it depends on what division they get. If they get a stacked division they may be in trouble, if they don’t mesh as a team right away I can see some great teams coming in and winning games fast. But if they get a easier division they could really work together over the course of their regular season games, really getting a feel for each other. If that happens then in Playoffs they could do amazing. If they have the chemistry this team could go far. But again it all depends on if they can mesh well or not.
7 out of 10 (Again this score can be different if the team can mesh well together)
Overall score 22 out of 30

You forgot about Bynumator for one. Also, I have never been on a team with Scet, and I was on SI with Doerstopper. Overall, not too shabby with the exception of those couple things.

Me and Scet shin probably have the best chemistry n the team, with me and Zeg coming up a strong second. I have played tons of games with Scet, won a championship, and we continue to be undefeated in any 2v2 gametype. Me and Zeg won a championship together and have played in two seasons together. I don’t see there being a time when all three of us aren’t in important games. This regular season will really be about us finding a good match to our play styles and getting a solid four around for playoffs.

Great writing. Like Pie and Zeg said before me, stuff anyone could and most likely would mess up. I do like the compliment in saying that me and Zeg have good chemistry.
lol
Well see another article here about us in a couple of months when Fall League is over and the first and only FL champs are announced.
I’m not afraid or ashamed to mention that we do not have a starting 4. We have a starting 3 as of now. We honestly believe that the core of Me/Pie/Zeg can and will carry us from the regular season into the playoffs. We have also picked up a number of other members in which we all believe could potentially mesh with us the best to make our team a solid 4.
Not cocky at all, I am just very confident.
